Great shoe but has its flaws

Overall

The Nike Invincible 3 is a great shoe. It has super comfortable cushioning and a good fit. It feels a little clunky at first but I got used to it quickly. It can handle miles at pace pretty well too, so don't be afraid to take this on your long run with some pickups in the middle.

My only slights against the shoe would be the heel and the stability of the shoe. The heel tab comes super far up, I had to buy new socks to cover my Achilles from getting ripped up by these shoes. The heel also doesn't feel super secure in this shoe, but I have narrow heels. The toe box is a little bigger for a nike shoe.
I also don't feel super stable when cornering at speed on this shoe or running on uneven terrain, but for your slower mileage this shoe is a beast.

Overall

These shoes not only have me consistently running at a lower heart rate (helps keep easy days easy), but they also provide superior comfort/cushioning to help the legs recover. If that wasn’t enough, they’re decent enough to pick up the pace to an “uptempo” subthreshold pace when you want, with good stability despite the soft ZoomX foam. The only negative is the heel slip, which wasn’t present in the previous generation Invincibles. Using the runner’s knot got rid of this for me. IF the durability is similar to the previous generation, it is more than adequate, but the foam does seem to toughen up a bit past 300 miles. They’re still usable past that point, but changing them out is never a bad idea if you have the spare change.

Overall

I've been running in ZoomX Invincible 2's and now 3's for the last 18 months. The cushioning is fantastic: they are like running on pillows, but the "pop" only lasts around ~250-300 miles or so before I find myself needing to replace the shoe. The stack is also rather high which has seemed to somewhat increase my risk of rolling an ankle, particularly while on grass or unpaved trails.

Overall I love the show and will likely continue using it, but would love it if Nike were to make the "pop" last longer for these shoes.

Best shoe if it were not for the rubbing on the heel tab.

I love the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 3 so much that I got a pair for my son as well. I like teh stable platform and the cushioning. Would love to see a change in the material or design on the back heel tab as it seems to rub my achilles a bit from time to time, as a result I cant run with low profile socks.
