These shoes are great, you can run from an easy jog to a solid tempo effort in them and they are up to the task. The only issue for me is that the size varies by colorway which is typical of nike....

It’s a good shoe but sometimes my feet cramp really badly if I run in them on concrete for too long. The laces are also too short and the lockdown is almost “too good”. Sometimes the shoe will tighten down way too much and I struggle to loosen it to a comfortable spot.

Solid daily trainer for me, very cushioned and soft ride but when I need to I can run decently fast paces in them (a couple sub 6 miles at the end of long runs)

I use mine four days a week (not during tempos, speedwork and hills the other three) and couldn't be happier with their performance and durability both on the road and on groomed trails.

I’m shocked more people don’t rave about this shoe. The cushioning is sublime, it is bouncy and it is forgiving on my old-man Achilles. I absolutely love this shoe. I predict it will keep me sub 1:30 for the half marathon well into my 60s.
