Really Good Recovery and Training Shoe, it Will Take You Far, Even When You Don’t Feel Like Going The Distance

5/5

Overall

This shoe is a shoe for exceptional training and recovery! The technology within this shoe allowed for a steady return of energy back to my body, allowing a very comfortable running experience while at paces ranging from tempo to recovery jogs. The visual appearance is quite appealing with the slick Nike logo and the streamlined or occasionally poppy look of the colors. Finally, the last comment that I would have on this shoe despite its appearance and over all good appearance is that the shoe may be those who do not have the strongest arches. I have naturally have flat feet, however, I have trained my self for long distance by strengthening my arches through arch exercises in order to use these shoes.  However, this is with a lot of shoes without over pronation support, and with continuous exercise and support from orthotics, these shoes have been great. It is just a matter that you have to have to have pretty strong arches to prevent yourself from being injured by fallen arches. Over all, I absolutely recommend and extremely appreciate what these shoes have done for me, and continue to do!

Amazing shoe, only two problems

4/5

Overall

The invincible 3 is the best trainer I’ve ever run in, it feels like running on clouds during light recovery or easy runs. I have also found that it is still comfortable without feeling mushy for lighter workouts, such as a tempo run. However, the heel lock is always either too loose or too tight, and I ended up having to buy thicker socks to feel properly locked in. The biggest problem with these shoes is it’s price, costing 180 dollars on the Nike website. While I was able to get mine on sale, and many third party sites have sales on them as well, this price is just too much for any casual runner just looking for some shoes to run in.

Overall

Invincible's run 3 are my every day trainer.  I rely on them to give me the spring I need to run 60-75 miles per week. they're light weight, durable(600-700 miles) and give you the stability I need from the newest update.   The zoomx(pebax) is incredible. Similar bounce to that of the super shoes.  Only negative is the $$ but I'm willing to pay for the value these give me.  At 41 years young- my legs are saved!

RUINED A GREAT SHOE

2/5

Overall

I had the version 2 before this and had enjoyed them. but the heel counter and lockdown for this shoe was awful, and the forefoot had all its cushioning removed and moved to the heel, as if it wasn't already high enough. Ultimately ruining a very good shoe.
