Overall

Very durable shoe. Never have been injured with it. Heavy, cushioned feel leads to great transition to flats. Since it is an older model, cheaper than newer Kayanos which are far too expensive

best of everything...i'm "neutral" and use it as my foundational trainer for for 5k-Half Marathon. Race day shoe is Saucony Kinvara no matter the distance!
