Long time kayano wearer- disappointed

Overall

I’ve been wearing Kayanos for all of my recovery/steady runs for years and love the support/ comfort of these shoes, but Asics sizing has one completely crazy. I am a regular size UK5 and always have sized up to 5.5 for runners, but needed a UK6 for the28s and discovered that I needed a 6.5 for the 29s! My feet are still a UK 5! What is going on. Comfy, attractive shoe, but unbelievably annoying sizing.
