Overall

Hoka Mach 5 is good for base training runs, quicker up tempo and long runs. I would not use for racing or track repeats. Very cushy, cute colors

i am a female averaging 55-65 mpw training for mile-10k (PRs 4:40-17:05). I can’t say I would recommend these for people running bulky mileage (I.e 70 plus) as they are not super durable

great shoe but i wish it had rubber outsole for grip

it's great shoe but i wish it had rubber outsole for grip, it rocks nicely feels responsive down at 5:0x pace and is light while providing support but, i need some more traction when it rains
