Pegasus 34

4/5

Overall

Through two pairs of the 34, I'm highly satisfied with the shoe as an every day trainer. Good cushioning, good durability. Mildly responsive for a cushioned trainer, not quite as responsive as the 33. Only negative is the laces themselves feel stiff, and if you're not careful, it is easy to lace too tight which can cause some pain on top of the foot.

average shoe for average runners

4/5

Overall

Decent shoe for price point, does not require a break in period, and looks stylish. The problems I've encountered are the shoe laces like to come untied pretty easily, I ended up changing them out to an older pair. The interior cushioning wears much faster than the exterior of the shoe resulting in very short life cycle unless you're willing to get inserts to help add support.

4/5

Overall

This shoe has almost no break in time and is ready for a long run right out of the box. On road surfaces it performs well and has just the right amount of cushioning and flexibility. On trails, the flexibility becomes a bit of a problem as the shoe does not handle rough surfaces as well. I also found that durability was not a strong point of this shoe, as the treads were worn completely off before I'd logged three hundred miles, something the old Pegasus shoes handled much better. Overall, this shoe places a premium on comfort, looks good, and performs well for what it is, a neutral road trainer.

Pretty solid, sometimes hurt my outersole

4/5

Overall

They're pretty good shoes, very durable, hold up well when I have to wash them and use them on rough terrain. For some reason, the outside of my sole hurts sometimes when I'm running on uneven terrain.
