Great standard shoe

4/5

Overall

The Pegasus will work for almost any neutral runner as an easy day or long run shoe. It's what most of the pros use as their easy day trainer. My only complaint is that they feel about bulky when you start dropping the pace.

Consistent trainer

Overall

I have trained in these shoes for both 10k cross country and the 1,500 in track and this shoe has been perfect in both situations. I have run anywhere from 90-105 miles a week and they hold up fine and handle the muddy trails and the roads all the same.

Overall

The Nike Pegasus shoe has been incredible over the years. Although it has changed over time, Nike has done a good job of transitioning it by only changing one aspect of the shoe at a time (upper, mid-sole, fly-wire etc.) It is very durable and has lasted me up to 1000 miles inclusive of workouts (long interval and tempo runs). It is a great shoe to do dual running - easy runs and workouts.

Very Solid and Versatile Shoe. Light enough for up-tempo runs, but durable enough to wear everyday. The shoe rolls well and enable to strike well and properly.

Ol Reliable

5/5

Overall

The Nike Pegasus offers the best of both worlds in terms of a soft underfoot feel with a responsive ride. This shoe has an aesthetically pleasing outward appearance without compromising the reliability of the shoe. This shoe is tough enough to handle the long miles on those long run days, but is ready to pick up the pace at any moment thanks to the zoom air technology in the forefoot and the heel. For a cushioned and responsive experience, the Nike Pegasus 34 is the best choice of shoe.
