Variants of this shoe
Some shoes have multiple versions of what is essentially the same shoe, with variations in style or materials. We try to group these together. Retailers sometimes list a version number wrong, and our system can treat those mislabeled names as variants.
How it ranks
The Nike Pegasus 41 trails most daily trainers in our data. Looks and durability are its strongest sub-ratings. Comfort scores well below its other sub-ratings. 83% of reviewers would buy it again, below the average for daily trainers. The rating rests on 66 runner reviews and 22 other rated shoes in the Pegasus product line.
Confidence
How settled the rating is against every other rated shoe. A shoe can rate high on confidence with relatively few reviews of its own when its product line has a long record and external ratings from retailer sites agree. Confidence will score low when we have few ratings or when runners disagree.

Great all round shoe. It can handle anything from tempos to easy day paces.
I ran in it for about 600 miles and they held up great. Overall I highly recommend.

The Nike Pegasus has been a staple for me since competing in college from 1988-1992, and has continued to provide comfort, durability and be a consistent quality shoe for me for more than 30 years.

Always my go-to shoe, even thru all the changes, all these years! This model feels like the old school Pegasus! Not just a "market" shoe, made for looks! It's an everyday trainer, that I can rely on to deliver! Wore it in a Half-Marathon, after only putting about 80 miles on it, and it felt pretty good! A little lighter weight than most of my past Pegasus, so seems to work really well for Tempo's and Track work too! Anxious to see how it holds up overall, as that is the true test for Pegasus!!!

No where as good as previous Nike Pegasuses such as the 37's or 38's. It has a weird negative tilt that doesn't feel comfortable.
