Best daily trainer, a little pricey though

5/5

Overall

I love the Nike invincible run 3 because of its fit and the slab of zoomx foam on the bottom. It is an amazing daily trainer and lasts 300-600 miles

Great Mileage shoe

5/5

Overall

I believe this shoe is the best shoe for warm up and cool downs on workout days as you go from this shoe which is a bit heavier to a light weight workout shoe and you feel so smooth. But in terms of a mileage shoe it has been my favorite, I have tried others and I still go back to this every time. The Invincible 3 was my first time trying Invincibles after hearing great reviews of the previous models. I am currently on my 5th pair of Invincible, I have tried the 1080v13 and Vomero 17. Neither is has compared great to the invincible in my opinion, the only complaint people have about the invincible is that the heel slips, unlace the first two loops, then re lace them including the extra holes for the laces and the shoe fits very well with no slippage. So in conclusion, I get about 300-450 miles out of the invincible and I actually think the shoe feels better as you get towards the end of its life, your first few runs the shoe feels good, but once you have broken the shoe in more it feels even better in my opinion. I don't usually do my long runs in them unless its an easy long run under 12-13 miles, I prefer a plated shoe for a little more energy return when I am running for anything more than 12.

Boing Boing

5/5

Overall

Training in the Nike Invincible 3 feels like an unfair advantage. The energy return on each step is unmatched by any other daily trainer. I feel much more recovered per mile run in these than in anything else. These can take a beating. The upper is very durable almost like a basketball shoe type ruggedness. They are extremely pop-y until around 250 miles, at which point they can still work on shorter easy runs. The toe box is large and not cramped, which feels great to almost splay toes open. The arch is pretty low so it might cause issues for runner with weak foot tendons or foot/arch issues.

Great shoe, pricey but great when on sale

Overall

The only issues I have had are the heel slippage but if you do a runners knot, then that is solved. Highly durable and very cushioned.

Less bounce, slightly more stable?

4/5

Overall

When I was writing this review I was comparing the Nike invincible 3 to the invincible 2. The foam felt sturdier and slightly (not much) more stable than the previous version. It’s a great shoe for long runs and easy runs but sometimes they can feel like bricks on your feet so I recommend these for long runs only. As for workouts they are useable however they are too heavy and will wear you down faster compared to a regular workout shoe.
