The Saucony speed is great for all types of runs and is so fast for workouts or time trials! They last 100 miles longer than my other shoes!

This shoe gives enough pop from the vinyl plate to help accelerate the forward motion but not so much that it causes the body to overreact to control the pop that’s caused by a carbon plated shoe. For that reason they are good for days you need some help with speed for mid to long distances and perfect for runners over 50.
