My first trail shoe

NotRadio · Sep 28, 2025

4/5

Overall

My first pair of trail shoes. Not really what I was expecting. I come from a road/track background and initially intended to use this pair for workouts and long runs out on trails.

The shoe is rigid due to its rock plate and quite difficult to accelerate. The shoe feels quite heavy too, making the shoe just feels slow or cruisey.

However, the upper feels comfortable and nice. The cushioning is Kinvara-esque (if you are looking for those).

Unless I’m going on some mountain races, technical and rocky trails, I would choose something else.
