Pros

  • Reviewers use them for easy miles, long runs and tempo work.
  • Many reviewers call it smoother and more responsive than the Pegasus 34.
  • Several runners get 400 to 600 miles before retiring a pair.

Cons

  • Runners with wide feet often find the toe box tight.
  • Some report the cushioning flattening or the outsole wearing around 300 miles.
  • The reshaped heel counter divides reviewers, and one finds it abrasive enough to rule the shoe out.

Pegasus 35

4/5

Overall

An easy to get used to lightweight do most anything trainer. This model marked my return to the Pegasus line as it was the first one without a slip last in the heal thus more cushioning there and did not feel like as steep of a drop from heel to to toe. I feel like these shoes have respectable durability for simplistic materials and construction and I enjoyed the relatively narrow fit

NIKE PEGASUS AIR ZOOM 35

4/5

Overall

Looks a lot like the Vaporfly (that little spur sticking out at the back of the cushioned heel), which is a certain initial attraction for those who don't have the cash to pay for that shoe. As someone who had gone through a spate of different injuries, this shoe has a bounce and cushioning that has so far (I've been wearing this model for the past 18 months) kept any mishaps at bay. It feels comfortable on the road and there is a durability to the shoe that surpasses previousd running shoes I've worn. So, generally, very happy with it/them. If I were to pinpoint one negative aspect, it would be that they don't look so elegant - that is, they are slightly wide at the mid foot. But it is a minor quibble.

Great update from the last version

5/5

Overall

The fit in the Pegasus 34 was terrible. Too wide in the toe box and stiffer than other versions. They fixed the fit issue in the 35 and it is back to being a light, responsive lightweight trainer.
