Best you I’ve ever run in however, the rubber on the sole could be more durable.

5/5

Overall

I enjoy the Saucony Endorphin Speed3 quite a bit, and I love how it feels. I get a lot of energy return, they are fairly light, I just love everything about them, except for the rubber on the sole of the heel. I am a heel striker, so I tend to wear the heels heavier than the forefoot, however, the rubber is thinner on the speed3 that it was on the Speed 2 and does not seem to last as long.

I have gotten Endorphins for 4 years in a row and they have been reliable and comfortable. Great for workouts, long runs, and normal runs.

A very nice entry into the speed/race market but doesn't need a mortgage to buy

4/5

Overall

My Speeds last for about 200-250 miles which is not horrible considering the midsole and minimal outer. The thing that really went out on this shoe was the interior nylon plate delaminated or some other element because the show started squeaking.

The show really works great as the occasional tempo or race shoe. The nylon wing is a cheaper alternative(and hence more legal) to the carbon X or Nike Vaporfly series. I also found it a nice intermediate between a fully stuff snap plate and your standard running shoe. I gives you a nice recoil but it's not the super stiff, spike feel of the vapors.
Durability may have been compromised by water intrusion. I find this show does absorb water through the sole and it gets heavier but also the cushioning gets a bit weird
