Saucony Endorphin Speed 3

4/5

Overall

Love the boost foam in these.  Along with the carbon speed roll plate, the perfect shoe for long fast runs, tempo run and even races.  Perfect shoe for an entry level runner.

Solid shoe, but a downgrade from the 2's

4/5

Overall

Man! They tweaked this shoe a bit too much for me, thought they had it perfect with the 1's and 2's. Upper changed a bit, they feel slightly less aggressive and a wider base. Still the same great foam and nylon plate, would recommend for easy days / long runs. Can definitely tempo in it if need be, very versatile shoe all around. I like it but don't love it anymore, give it a chance though because it is fun to train in!

Great workout shoe

5/5

Overall

I love the Saucony Endorphins. I tend to prefer a sole with little cushioning, to be responsive, sort of like racing flats. The Endorphins have lots of cushioning, but I've grown to love them anyway. Great comfort, great roll. Great looks, too.

Not as bouncy as the 2’s

4/5

Overall

Not Nearly as impressed with the threes compared to the twos. I find that the nylon plate doesn’t give you nearly the energy return in this iteration which was disappointing from the get go. So far with 200 miles on the shoe very little wear shows. I’ve mostly use the endorphin speeds for marathon training and speed work with lots of success.
