Good value for hobby jogger

4/5

Overall

I have wide feet, and feel like this shoe is more comfortable and durable than many of the larger brands (Nike, Adidas, Asics). I don't run a lot and so the shoe is plenty durable. Have been running in some version of the Kinvara for about 5 years, and don't plan on changing anytime soon!!

Overall

I’ve been using Kinvara’s since the 6’s, liked them all but the 10 is a great continuation of quality work. Plenty of cushioning for longer runs (15+ miles), light enough for fast road racing (10k, low 37’s). I use these for all variations on my running and have been extremely happy.

Very good shoe!

5/5

Overall

As a track and field runner specializing in the 800, the kinvara provides enough cushion to survive longer tempos while being light and responsive for faster work. It's an incredibly smooth ride and works well for roads, tracks, and light trails!

Kinvara 10 review

5/5

Overall

Light and responsive and has surprisingly great cushioning for such a light shoe. I wear them for training and races. The only shortcoming from my point of view is durability, they just don't last as long as I'd like.

Kinvara = Great Workout Shoe

5/5

Overall

I am a college runner who is training for xc in the fall. I typically run in the Saucony Freedom ISO for my workouts. While I enjoy the ISO and have logged over 2500 miles across multiple ISO shoes, I know that the OG Freedom ISO will soon be hard to find, as it was released over 2 years ago. Alas I decided to try the kinvara's because most of my teammates enjoy them for workouts. So far it is living up to the ISO for me. Both shoes are 4mm drop which is good for the "fast feel" you want in workouts, and both shoes are pretty light. The Kinvara is actually lighter than the ISO which is suprising yet welcome. It has a good cushion and feels comfortable while running. The only thing that I have noticed is that rocks are easier to feel and they can sometimes get stuck in the tread. Overall I'm very happy with the Kinvara so far.
