Overall

I over-pronate and switched to Kayanos years ago. They allowed me to run pain free for the first time in a long time, so I’ve stuck to them through a few marathon training cycles. No complaints though I switch to lighter shoes for some races.

I bought a pair of Kayanos on sale thinking that I had got a good deal. I hadn't really worn a lot of ASICs shoes before and I'm not really a fan of the rigid heel that most ASICs shoes have as they often blister. the shoes just felt heavy and flat from the start and never really had that pop in them that nearly every other new pair of shoes I have own had. the shoes do have a slightly wider toe box which I am a fan of compared to nike or some other brands. While there is nothing too wrong with the shoe I know there are better jogging around options out there.
