Solid all-around shoe.

5/5

Overall

You can do just about any type of training with this. It's cushioned enough to take on a 20k long run, but snappy enough to run a track workout in. I need to replace mine about every 300 miles which makes them pretty durable. Luckily, they are just about identical to the Pegasus 35's minus the thin tounge.

The best everyday trainer

5/5

Overall

It’s cushier than the Boston which used to be my go-to, but it’s still fast enough for everything but race pace. I have high arches and need flex but some cushioning. Great all around trainer, if I only take one shoe on a trip it’s this one. Even works fine for trails if it’s not super muddy/rocky.

Nike Pegasus 36 Shoe Reveiw

5/5

Overall

The Nike Pegasus 36 is the best running shoe on the market right now. Very comfortable, not too squishy but not too firm, and a solid upper. You can run anywhere from half a mile to 30 miles in them.

Need a shoe for the next 6 months?

4/5

Overall

The Pegasus 36 is a really good shoe for high intensity training or races that aren't specifically focused on personal bests. It's fit and cushioning is nice for training, and due to it being very light, it feels like you're gliding. The downside is trail running as the shoe is not the best for it. Nevertheless, on road or track, I highly recommend the shoe.
