Solid everyday shoe

Overall

Most runs of about 6 miles or so. Some longer 10-12. Not training hard for racing, but doing tempo or fartlek about twice per week.

Good cushioned shoe for easy days. Feels heavy and over-cushioned for me as a daily shoe, but I like them for shakeouts or if I'm feeling beat up. I don't know the exact mileage but I'd guess I have about 400 miles in mine and will get a good bit more - upper show no wear, only minor outsole wear, and some compression of the midsole but not too noticeable, although I'm sure I'd be able to tell the difference if I put on a fresh pair. Only real complaint is that the heel counter is very bulky and stiff, and irritates my Achilles a bit. Other than that they fit pretty standard for Nike.

Nike Pegasus 33

Overall

I have been running in the Pegasus since my sophomore year of college in 2014. The 33 is a great model that has enough responsiveness for fartleks and uptempo runs and enough cushion for longer mileage. They are a great deal as it is easy to find them on sale, which is always nice when looking for new running shoes on a budget.

Has held up very well. No glue issues or other "falling apart" problems. Cushioning isn't the greatest, but a very nice fit (I have narrow feet).

A good balance between cushioning and structure. The shoe transitions well from heel to toe. I use this shoe for any type of workout from long run to speed work on the track. Overall, a great all-around training shoe.
