solid training shoe

4/5

Overall

improved cushioning, good for easy runs up to tempo, not so much for intervals. fit is a bit weird, lacing makes it hard to keep it snug and the heel is a bit loose

Great for the Price

4/5

Overall

As a high school runner who doesn't want to spend 250+ on super shoes all the time this is a great alternative. This shoe with the carbon fiber infused rods gives a good push without it being too much at times like with a plate. This is very nice when you get tired because the full length plate normally messes up your form. The price is also great because you won't be scared to tear these things up because they aren't as expensive.
